Description
Here you will be able to savor a particular environment: an old stone house adapted to be inhabited by many people, where the owner wanted to recover many of the old furniture, personally polishing and repainting them, giving them a second life.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen doesn't have a table large enough to accommodate 10/12 people, but you can take turns as it was once done in large families, which didn't have a very large kitchen.
The kitchenette is equipped with an oven and toaster.
On this floor there is also a double bedroom and a small bathroom with shower (no bidet).
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a third bed, and a second bathroom in style with the house, complete with 2 sinks, toilet, bidet, bathtub and washing machine.
Last but not least, the attic on the third floor: the part that children will love, a large room where they can not only sleep, but also play undisturbed by the adults... a nice dormitory then, with 4 beds and even a projector to watch movies or videos almost like at the cinema!
Finally, another strong point: garden with barbecue, table and chairs for 10 people for outdoor lunches and dinners!
The apartment has 1 outdoor parking space. For other cars there is a public car park, at 350 meters from the house.
This house is simple, but special because it allows you to be together and enjoy your company :-)
