THE SPACES:
The apartment is on the raised first floor of a recently renovated building, and has an independent entrance.
Once you have made the three steps leading to the main door, you will arrive in the small terrace where, in the cold season, you can leave your ski equipment. There you will find the entrance door of the apartment. As soon as you enter you will arrive in the welcoming living room furnished with care and taste, equipped with a comfortable sofa, cooking corner with oven and induction hob and dining table, where you will find a gift dedicated to you.
At this point you can head to the bedrooms, there are two of them and they are both double. From one of these rooms you can access the terrace where on one side you will have a view of the wonderful "Pale di San Martino" mountain range, in particular Mount Mulaz and the Focobon peaks which are the symbol of Falcade, on the other side a view on the imposing Monte Civetta. Imagine yourself on a hot summer day having your favorite drink while admiring the beauty of the landscape that surrounds you.

Finally we have the bathroom, with window and shower, where you will find a kit of small shower gels, shampoo and comfortable slippers for all of you.

In the whole apartment you can connect to the free Wi-Fi and post the best photos of your summer outings or fun days on skis.

Outside you will find a private parking space.

THE POSITION:
Casa sulla Roccia is located in the historic center of Falcade, surrounded by ancient wooden barns and houses from the old time. Taking two steps you can reach the well-stocked supermarket and all the main services, as well as the splendid Park of Falcade: a vast expanse of well-kept green meadows, where there is an inflatable playground for children, the skating rink, the bowling green/volleyball/tennis and where you can do many fun activities.
You can also have lunch, dinner or a good drink in the bar/restaurant by the lake, spending a moment of relax with your family or friends.
In the surrounding area you will find the cycle track and several paths to explore on foot or by mountain bike, of all degrees of difficulty.

The ski bus stop is located just 150 meters far from the house. In winter, lets you reach the new Molino-Le Buse cable car in a jiff, a perfect starting point for your days on skis in the San Pellegrino Ski Area... about 100 km of perfectly snow-covered slopes with breathtaking views.
You can also have a break in the several and welcoming mountain huts that you find along the ski slopes, by granting you a slice of strudel or a typical Dolomites' dish.

As an alternative to classic alpine skiing, you can't miss the opportunity to try snowshoeing, ski mountaineering, cross-country skiing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and much more!
