Casa Mulaz is located in a sunny and quiet position, but also close to the village center and all the main services. The functionality of the spaces of this apartment make it one of the most popular and requested solutions by families, couples traveling in groups and groups of friends.
THE SPACES:
This apartment of Casa Mulaz is on the first floor, it is composed of a large living room with dining area, kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds which can also be joined together. The real highlight is that each room has its own private bathroom with a shower!
Thanks to the presence of the free Wi-Fi, you can easily connect to the internet inside the apartment.
From the living room you can access a small terrace from which you can enjoy the pure air that the Dolomites offer while you share a cup a coffee in good company.
Outside, a large terrace which is equipped with tables and chairs in the summer, an ideal place to sunbathe and relax on a hot summer day, while your children play safely.
THE POSITION:
In a jiffy you can walk to the Park di Falcade, where you can find a playground, inflatable park for children, bar/restaurant on the pond where you can taste delicious typical dishes of the Dolomites and fantastic desserts, as well as toast and various appetizers to enjoy with a drink by the lake .. what a treat!
There are also a cycle path that runs alongside the stream, a petanque field, a tennis court and many other activities to try.
In winter, the beautiful and perfectly snow-covered slopes of the San Pellegrino Ski Area can also be easily reached in just 2 minutes by car or with the free ski bus, the stop is 100 meters far from the house. At the departure of the Molino cable car you can rent the equipment for skiing and, if you need it, book a course with our excellent instructors.
