Casa Falcade is the perfect solution for those who look for the comfort of an apartment in the center of a beautiful mountain village, in the heart of the Dolomites, and don't want to move the car during the holidays. The building is located a stone's throw from the main square of Falcade.
THE SPACES:
This apartment of Casa Falcade is on the third top floor of a building with many accommodations, and it is a loft/attic.
It has a living room with cooking corner and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a wide bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower.
There aren't balconies, but dormer windows almost along all the sides of the apartment.
Large parking space behind the house.
On the ground floor there is a common ski deposit, useful in winter to store skis and boots at the end of an amazing day on the slopes.
THE POSITION:
The highlight of this structure is its central position. All you have to do is to step outside your own front door to get to the Park of Falcade with its playground, the inflatable park for the kids, the bar restaurant on the pond, the cycle path, and much more!
During your winter holidays, you have the opportunity to take the ski bus 20 meters far from the house and reach the departure of the ski lifts of the San Pellegrino Ski Area in 5 minutes.
You will therefore be able to enjoy 100 km of perfectly snow-covered slopes and, between skiings, find a lot of mountain huts in which to refuel.

Sicuramente la nota dolente è l'impossibilità di poter utilizzare l'ascensore e i 3 piani di scale con 3 bimbi piccoli sono stati spesso faticosi. A mio parere in cucina sarebbe molto utile un microonde!

Un neo della casa, ma per la quale c'è poco da fare, è che essendo un ultimo piano la casa ha le travi basse dove mio marito (1,93 di altezza) spesso ha sbattuto la testa. |
