Entering we immediately find the living room with cooking corner, dining area and double sofa bed, then there is a small double bedroom which leads to the bathroom. THE POSITION: Ski Residence is located in a strategic position, halfway between the ski lifts and the center of Falcade. In winter, just 800 meters far from the house, it is possible to access the wonderful slopes of the San Pellegrino Ski Area via the new Molino-Le Buse cable car, the ideal starting point for skiing throughout the area. The ski area has about 100 km of perfectly snow covered slopes and offers truly breathtaking views. On a perfect day on the snow, you obviously cannot miss a stop to taste the typical cuisine in the several shelters along the slopes. In the center of Falcade, which is only 700 meters far from the house, you can enjoy cross-country skiing and ice skating. There are also a lot of paths where you can try more or less long walks with snowshoes. In summer, right in front of the house, you can take the cycle and pedestrian path that leads directly to the Park of Falcade, where there is a playground, inflatable games for children, a pond, a tennis court, and much more!
